Semen Dilution

Semen Preparation

• The SpermPrep® Filtration Columns I and II, a Sephadex-based filter for fast and easy recovery of high quality sperm for IUI purposes.
• The ZSC®,ZSC® II and Multi-ZSC®, the ultimate semen preparation options for office use.  They are a one-step system that simultaneously select and wash high quality spermatozoa for IUI.

Sperm Incubation

• The Lab-Top® Incubator allows incubation of the spermatozoa to be carried out at physiological temperatures during the semen preparation process via the SpermPrep® or ZSC® methods.

Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI)

• The Zavos IUI Catheter, with ideal length and flexibility, allows for proper placement of sperm during IUI procedures.
• The Zavos AI Kit offers the ultimate solution to perform artificial insemination for office use.
• The Tom Cat IUI Catheter is relatively small, flexible and quite manueverable.
• The Makler Insemination cannulas, are of optimal size, atraumatic and they are specifically designed to seal the cervix during the IUI or intracervical insemination  procedure.
• The Makler Insemination Device is a simple device, specially designed for injecting and retaining a small volume of properly prepared spermatozoa in the uterine cavity and cervical canal.

ART Media

• Human  Tubal Fluid  (HTF) media is a bicarbonated buffered medium, specially formulated for ART procedures, such as IVF and ICSI. 
• Human Tubal Fluid (HTF-Hepes) is Hepes-buffered medium, for use in procedures in a non-CO2 environment, such as oocyte retrieval and follicle flushing.
• IVC-One media is glucose and phosphate free, and is preferred for day 1 and 2 embryo transfers.
• IVC-Two media is the preferred media for Day 3 embryo transfers.
• IVC-Three (Blastocyst) media is specially formulated to provide tyhe appropriate metabolic environment for the expansion of viable preimplantation embryos through to the blastocyst stage.
• IsoCare One-Step is an IUI medium, specifically designed to rapidly and economically prepare and transfer sperm samples for IUI.
• Human Serum Albumin (HSA) contains 100mg/ml total protein (weight/volume) and is composed on injectable grade HSA.
• Hyaluronidase preparation is a ready-to-use mixture, designed for the safe removal of coronal cells adhering to the zona pellucida.
• Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is used to slow sperm movement as well as coat the inner bore of ICSI Micropipettes allowing for smooth transfer of a spermatozoon into the ooplasm.
• Acidified Media is used for local dissolving of the zona pellucida when used with assisted hatching micropipettes.
