ZDL, Inc.'s Shipping Policies
Orders placed after 2:30pm EST will not be shipped until the following day.
There is an additional charge of $50 added to orders shipping to Canada.
International Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and any other customs fees themselves. ZDL, Inc. is not responsible for payment of any of these fees.
Signature Confirmation is an additional $5.00. Please make the request when checking out.

Non-perishable items ordered on Thursday for 2nd Day Air Shipping will not be received until the following Monday, as FedEx does not run on the weekends. (FedEx will count Friday as the first day, and Monday as the second day.)
Perishable items that are ordered on Friday for Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping will not be sent until the following Monday to avoid damage to the items.
Non-perishable items ordered on Friday for Overnight Shipping will not be received until Monday unless Saturday Shipping is requested for an additional charge.
Non-perishable items ordered on Friday for 2nd Day Air Shipping will not be received until the following Tuesday, as FedEx does not run on the weekends. (FedEx will count Monday as the first day, and Tuesday as the second day.)
Perishable items must be sent via FedEx Overnight. If you choose USPS for perishable items, we will make the change to FedEx Overnight and will automatically add the difference in payment.
