Hyaluronidase Preparation
This
formulation is designed for the safe removal of coronal cells adhering to the
zona pellucida. All components have been cell culture tested prior to sale. This
ready-to-use mixture consists of Hyaluronidase (80u/ml) in HEPES-buffered HTF,
supplemented with albumin. It is stable for 60 days at 4-8°C, and longer if

Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) Solution
This
product is used to slow sperm movement as well as coat the inner bore of ICSI
Micropipettes allowing for smooth transfer of a spermatozoon into the ooplasm.
PVP is dissolved into the HTF-HEPES Plus Albumin and is filtered through 0.8µm
nitrocellulose membranes prior to packaging. It is stable at 4-8°C for up
